* Full Paper : 10 - 15 pages {for each extra page beyond 12, ₹750 extra will have to be paid}

* Short Paper : 8 - 9 pages

* 10% discounts for CSI, ISTE, ISCA, ASI, setit Members.

* 25% Discount for additional paper registration from same author

Authors can choose the open access facility of Springer for their papers. The extra fee will be sent to Springer directly. The details can be seen at the following link.

Registration Fee Shall Cover

Conference Dinner, Lunch and Refreshments, Conference proceedings in a CD, Souvenier containing abstracts, conference folders etc. & participation in other events.

Registration Guidelines

  1. At least one of the author(s) should register to present the paper at the conference.
  2. For single paper, multiple authors can present with multiple registration fees.
  3. A registration is considered complete after both registration form and payment proof are received by the convener. Please kindly ensure that payment reaches us by the deadline.
  4. The certificate will be given to registered participant(s) only.

Payment Modes & Instructions

  1. Pay Online - NEFT / RTGS. While making online payment, authors are further requested to mention their Paper ID and Name in Payment Remark to enable us to trace your payment in the Bank Statement. Kindly also note to add the applicable bank charges, if any, for online payment.
  2. No Cheque payment is accepted.

Step 1

Choose Payment Method

At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference so that the paper appear in the proceedings and be scheduled for presentation. Participating members may register using one of the methods mentioned above.

Step 2

Make Payment and Save Payment Receipt

The payment can be made by NEFT/RTGS in favour of Institute of Information Technology and Management payable at Delhi. While making online payment, authors are further requested to mention their Paper ID clearly in Payment Remark to enable us to trace your payment in the Bank Statement.

  1. Payment Receipt (Pdf Format)
  2. Proof for availing any discount in registration fee (e.g, Valid Student Identity Card,, Membership of society etc. )
  3. Registration Form Filled in pdf format.
  4. Copyright form signed by author.
  5. CRC copy.
  6. Original Source Copy (docx/Latex format).
  7. PPT (PowerPoint Presentation)
