Arvinder Kaur is a Professor in the University School of Information Technology, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She obtained her B.E (Electrical Engineering) & M.E. (Computer Engineering) from Thapar Institute of Engg. & Technology, Patiala, Punjab. She Obtained Ph.D. from GGS Indraprastha University Delhi . She was 4th topper in B.E.(Electrical Engineering) and ranked 2nd in M.E.(Computer Engineering) with C.G.P.A. of 9.81. Prior to joining Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University , she worked with Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Regional Engineering College, Jalandhar (1993-2000) and Thapar Institute of Engg. & Tech., Patiala. She has also worked for Gabriel India Ltd., Parwanoo (H.P) as Engineer (Research & Development). She has published more than 70 papers in International/ National journals & Conferences. Her seven research papers have been published as Book chapters in various Springer publications. Her Arnetminer Index is 7. Her research interests include Software Engineering, Object-Oriented Software Engineering, Software Metrics, Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Software Engineering, Software Project Management and Software Metrics. She was awarded Career award for young Teachers from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Delhi for three years from 2006 of Rs. 10.5 lakh. She has been awarded Research Award consecutively for four years (2010, 2011 ,2012, 2013) by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University . She has visited, & delivered lectures in International conferences at Kingston College , London ( U.K. ), University of Tor Vergata Rome (Italy), Las Vegas (U.S.A.), Hongkong & Phuket (Thailland). She is a lifetime member of ISTE & CSI. She has chaired technical sessions in National as well as International conferences. Marcin Paprzycki is an Associate Professor at the Systems Research Institute, Polish Academy of Sciences. He has an MS from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, a Ph.D from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and a Doctor of Science from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. He is a senior member of IEEE, a senior member of ACM, a Senior Fulbright Lecturer, and an IEEE CS Distinguished Visitor. He has contributed to more than 450 publications and was invited to the program committees of over 500 international conferences. He is on the editorial boards of 15 journals.

Bijaya Ketan Panigrahi received the Ph.D. degree from Sambalpur University, Sambalpur, India, in 2004.,Since 2005, he has been an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India. Prior to joining IIT, he was a Lecturer with the University College of Engineering, Sambalpur, for 13 years. Professor Dr. Narayan C. Debnath is currently the Founding Dean of the School of Computing and Information Technology at Eastern International University, Vietnam. He is also serving as the Head of the Department of Software Engineering at Eastern International University, Vietnam. Dr. Debnath has been the Director of the International Society for Computers and their Applications (ISCA) since 2014. Formerly, Dr. Debnath served as a Full Professor of Computer Science at Winona State University, Minnesota, USA for 28 years (1989-2017). He was elected as the Chairperson of the Computer Science Department at Winona State University for 3 consecutive terms and assumed the role of the Chairperson of the Computer Science Department at Winona State University for 7 years (2010-2017). Dr. Debnath earned a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) degree in Computer Science and also a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Physics. In the past, he served as the elected President for 2 separate terms, Vice President, and Conference Coordinator of the International Society for Computers and their Applications, and has been a member of the ISCA Board of Directors since 2001. Before being elected as the Chairperson of the Department of Computer Science in 2010 at Winona State University, he served as the Acting Chairman of the Department. Dr. Debnath received numerous Honors and Awards while serving as a Professor of Computer Science during the period 1989 to 2017. During 1986-1989, Dr. Debnath served as an Assistant Professor of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Systems at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, USA, where he was nominated for the National Science Foundation (NSF) Presidential Young Investigator Award in 1989. Professor Debnath has made significant contributions in teaching, research, and services across the academic and professional communities. He has made original research contributions in Software Engineering Models, Metrics and Tools, Software Testing, Software Management, and Information Science, Technology and Engineering. Dr. Debnath is an author or co-author of over 425 publications in numerous refereed journals and conference proceedings in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, System Sciences, Mathematics, and Electrical Engineering. Professor Debnath has made numerous teaching and research presentations at various national and international conferences, industries, and teaching and research institutions in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, and South America. He has offered courses and workshops on Software Engineering and Software Testing at universities in Asia, Africa, Middle East, and South America. Dr. Debnath has been a visiting professor at universities in Argentina, China, India, Sudan, and Taiwan. He has been maintaining an active research and professional collaborations with many universities, faculty, scholars, professionals and practitioners across the globe. Dr Saroj Kaushik is Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. She has about thirty nine years of teaching and research experience in IIT Delhi. Her interests are in all fields of Artificial Intelligence including Natural Language Processing, Agents, Genetic algorithms, Knowledge Representation. Recently she is working in Location Based Services and Social Networks Analysis. She has successfully supervised many Ph.D students and currently supervising few more Ph.D. students. She has collaborated on 7 research projects and completed one consultancy project. She published three books: one on Logic and Prolog Programming with New Age International (2000), second on Artificial Intelligence with Cengage Learning (2010) and third on Soft Computing with McGraw Hill (2018).She has more than 100 refereed papers in journals and international conferences. She has guided about 100 theses at MTech and BTech level. She has been examiner for many theses at Ph.D and MS level. She held various administrative posts such as Head CSE, Assoc Dean for student welfare, Head of Counselling Cell, President of BSW, House Master and Warden of Girls Hostel etc. She is very active in Institute activities. She is fellow member of IETE (Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers), and a life member of CSI (Computer Society of India). She has visited number of universities abroad and has presented many research papers in good international conferences held in US, Canada, Europe, Australia, Algeria, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore and China.

Maria Ganzha is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Science. She has an MS and a PhD degrees in Mathematics from the Moscow State University, Russia, and a Doctor of Science degree (in Computer Science) from the Polish Academy of Sciences. Maria has published more than 200 research papers, is on editorial boards of 6 journals and a book series, and was invited to program committees of more than 150 conferences. She is also the Principal Investigator, of the SRIPAS team, in the INTER-IoT project. Here, her team is responsible for use of semantic technologies in the context of interoperability of IoT platforms.

Zdzislaw Polkowski is an Adjunct Professor at Faculty of Technical Sciences at the Jan Wyzykowski University, Poland. He is also the Rector's Representative for International Cooperation and Erasmus+ Programme and former dean of the Technical Sciences Faculty during the period 2009 -2012. He holds a PhD degree in Computer Science and Management from Wroclaw University of Technology, Post Graduate degree in Microcomputer Systems in Management from University of Economics in Wroclaw and Post Graduate degree IT in Education from Economics University in Katowice. He obtained his Engineering degree in Industrial Computer Systems from Technical University of Zielona Gora. He has published more than 55 papers in journals, 15 conference proceedings, including more than 8 papers in journals indexed in the Web of Science. He served as a member of Technical Program Committee in many International conferences in Poland, India, China, Iran, Romania and Bulgaria. Till date he has delivered 8 invited talks at different international conferences across various countries. He is also the member of the Board of Studies and expert member of the doctoral research committee in many universities in India. He is also the member of the editorial board of several journals and served as a reviewer in a wide range of international journals. His area of interests includes IT in Business, IoT in Business and Education Technology. He has successfully completed a research project of worth 120000 USD on Developing the innovative methodology of teaching Business Informatics (www.dimbi.pl) funded by the European Commission. He also owns an IT SME consultancy company in Polkowice, Poland.

Prof. Kar (PhD) is Associate Professor of the Information Systems area in DMS, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He has extensive experience in teaching, training, consultancy and research. He has published over 120 high impact articles, 6 books and has over a thousand citations for his research. Before joining IIT Delhi, he has earlier taught in IIM Rohtak as Assistant Professor(v). Prof. (Dr.) M Afshar Alam is Dean and Head of Department in Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi. He has also served as Dean Student Welfare, Foreign Students Advisor in the university. He has teaching experience of more than 24 years. He has authored 9 books and guided PhD research works. He has more than 130 publications in international journal and conference proceedings.
